Amino comparison

Postby Protoman » Mon Jan 21, 2013 11:49 am

Hello

Is morning I received my box Komplex Amino Protein hx Black, I usually use Amino Ultimat of Nutrition.

I took a quick look at the composition of the two products, and obviously brings Ultimate Nutrition Amino larger doses, "says" essential, I give you the details.

Ultimate Nutrition--------Protein Amino ------- Black

L-Leucine 756 mg 1210 mg

isoleucine 376 mg 383 mg

Valine 386 mg 296 mg

Lysine 646 mg 251 mg

Threonine 254 mg 176 mg

Methionine 126 mg 66 mg

Phenylalanine 234 mg 93 mg

tryptophan 156 mg 27 mg

So much for the essential Amino, you would agree that there are large differences between some AAE. (Essential Amino Acid)

My question is: you think that the amino group of the ultimate is better to larger quantities of certain Amino Acid?

Except for the first two values, everything is lower among Black Protein.

Here enlighten me thank you

As far as BCAAs go L-leucine is really the main and only one you need. I'm not familiar with other amino acids though. Probably not that important. I would say save some money and just buy L-leucine instead of a supplement with all of them.
