Nice information, but what about Methylsulfonylmethane (also known as MSM)? What about chondroitin? What about calcium? Vitamins D, C, & E all play roles in joint health.

If I had to rank the essential suppliments for joints it would be as follows.

1 ) Fish Oil
2 ) Glucosimine
3 ) Chondroitin
4 ) MSM
5 ) Vitamin C
6 ) Calcium
7 ) Vitamin E
8 ) Vitamin D

Well, I'm new here, but from my experience- I've been using some stuff called Move Free I think its made by Schiff. It was recommended my orthopedic surgeon when I had a broken hip back in 2008. You can get it with msm or without.

I agree with this. Keep taking the Fish Oil because that has benefits for skin health, cardiovascular health, brain health, eye health, and heart health in addition to the minor joint health benefits. :)

Long Time Lifter

Postby Jammer88 » Tue Oct 30, 2012 1:43 pm

I've been working out for a about 10 or so years now and I've never used supplements in the past to get where I'm at now. However, I think I've hit that perverbal wall and I'm not able to get anymore size. What is the best supplement I can take OTC that's not for beginners? I was thinking about buying some dbol from glvitamins a company I found on the net, but I'm not sure if I want to go that route yet.

Creatine. Start with that before you mess with the serious stuff.
