Deadlift competition.....
1st Place in the 160-175 class with a pull of 390 lbs.
2nd Place in the under 200 class with a pull of 425! That's a pr for me by 20 lbs! 1st place guy weighed 197, and pulled 490 lbs. He smoked me, but out weighed me by 35 lbs.
There was a massive dude in the heavyweight class that pulled 6 wheels. That was pretty cool to see!

A1 - Weighted dips - 50 lb. weight vest - 12 reps, ss w/ push ups x 15 - 3 sets
A2 - BB shrugs - 225x8 - 2 sets, 295x5
B1 - BB power clean - 145x5, 165x3, 185x1*
B2 - Squats - 135x5, 185x5, 225x5 (been a while!)
Nailed that power clean pr like a champ!!

Im more focusing on endurance work with a bit of strength, but i cant wait to buy myself 70lbs kbs! reading your workout made me want them even more, but i have to kill the one i have first!

We're getting a 100 pounder! Not sure what I'm gonna do with except stare.
Remember that endurance training is 75% mental. I learned that the hard way this weekend!

A1 - Standing neutral grip db shoulders - 55's - 8 reps- 3 sets
A2 - Keg raises (front lateral) - 13 reps - 3 reps
A3 - Blast strap suspended push ups - 12 reps - 3 sets
B1 - Pull ups - 10 reps - 3 sets
B2 - Hanging leg raises - 10 reps - 3 sets
Legs are gone from Saturday's expedition...so is the CNS!
