hey what would be a good cardio plan that decreases mile time and also shreds fat? and also what supplements would shred fat? within a 6 month time window

well lets just say 24% body fat, like at least 12% under 10 would be freakin fantastic

Whats your height, age, and weight? Whats your current mile time and running experiance? Are you only focused on reducing the mile time?

Crossfit will help you burn fat and also decrease your mile time.
A realistic goal would be losing around 10lbs a month early on, then tapering off from there. In 6 months you should have no problem losing 30-45lbs.

im 18 years old, bout 5'11 6 ft. 195 lbs, i dont mind the weight just want it to be muscle rather than fat, and what exactly is crossfit? ive heard some about it but still dont know for sure. and last time i ran 3 miles it was about 24 mins. btw this is for the marine corps, 18 min is perfect score
