Going to war because we had to does has not caused the budget deficent. What has caused it is out of control entitlement programs potical pay offs in the "stimulous" bill.

--NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and anti terrorist efforts abroad could cost the country $2.4 trillion over the next ten years, according to a report Wednesday.

Wow you guys must being doing real well if you can toss 240 billion a year and not have it effect your deficit.

Roughly 200 million each and every day but no thats not causing the deficit. No no no...but what could it be? Its Obama's fault! Of course that makes perfect sense!

So lets see the first five years of the war 600 billion
the entire stimulus package... 1/3 that amount.

--Initially, President Bush and leading Democrats have indicated they envisioned stimulus measures - cash rebates, business breaks and other proposals - worth roughly $150 billion. Some experts think the final number could be closer to $200 billion.

It doesnt matter though because its Obama that is ruining it all.

Hell the war alone is going to cost you 136 billion this year. Reminder total stimulus package 150 billion.

--Defense Secretary Robert Gates says military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan would cost almost $136 billion for the 2009 budget year that began Oct. 1 if they continue at their current pace.

I'm not listening its still Obama's fault!

You beat me to it. Personally, Iraq should be giving us oil for all the money we have spent in their country. We have upgraded their infrastructure free of charge. Bush also helped KBR and Halliburton make some pretty nice money over the course of the war. Wonder who was in charge of Halliburton at one time?

Anyone?

Obama! that sneaky b******.... dressed up as and old fat guy who looks remarkably like.... wait a second!

No, the deficit isn't Obama's fault. BUT he's done nothing but make it worse. He does have to answer for that. His platform was change...apparently that meant change for the same.

THAT IS AN OFFICIAL STYLE OF DRESS IN CANADA, ESPECIALLY ON THE WEST COAST. Sometimes it is just too nice for shoes but not nice enough not to wear socks!

Kind of defeats the purpose of sandals. But whatever, keep doing it if you love it. Ill point and smirk from a distance.

Whats life without a little bit of excitment? And last time I checked, Montana is the home of right wing crazies, the unabomber, and very little else. Have fun there. By the way, Canadians love Florida. Its one of the biggest tourism and vacationing spots in the world. I doubt people come here to see our collection of many "gangs"

" Canada accounted for the largest group of visiting holidaymakers during 2006."
