Anyone use Thermo Burst by GNC?

I've been using it for about a week, just to see what it was about. The "thermo" parts is right; I does have a warming effect.

Any opinions?

But he got it from GNC, so it's a cheap fat-burner without the cheap price tag.

That warming effect is all the guarana in it. Holy crap, 422mg per serving? Thats about 850mg of caffeine, 5 and a half cups of coffee. $50 per bottle too. Rest of it is a bunch of root extracts. You can do better than this, its unecssasary

the truth is if you lack energy or you are not losing fat :
a) your hormones balance is shit,
b) your diet is shit (which actually influence a) )
c) no supplement will ever help you cause, a) and b) are shit in the first place.
d) Your sleep patern is may be shit (which actually influence a) )
e) You are probably unaware of all of this.

You better look into hormones optimization instead of spending money of overpriced useless pos

I don't really rely on supplements for "fat burning". I just like to try different things. The only thing I take consistently is protein mix and multi-vitamins.

Just curious about about this product.

Same thing I looked up, price just said $50 for some reason
