Scars, yes.......shins that look like they've been put through a meat grinder...no.
I was going a month in between deadlift session because my shins wouldn't heal. Then, I'd break through the scar (blood everywhere). I'm sure I looked like a badass, but I felt like a dumbass! I can only take something like that for so long.

Tire War? Nice ... Brockton hitting the hell out of a tire with a sledge. Bet you feel that today.

Hey big dude! A tire war (I stold from DeFranco) is where you've got two guys on either side of the tire, which is standing up, pushing it back and forth. My workout partner was about 6'4, 230.... soI had a SLIGHT disadvantage. Towards the end of the round when your shoulders and chest give out, legs are vital. It basically breaks down your entire body, slowly, piece by piece. It's really awesome!
I dontt know what to expect from the 650 lb. tire. I know that a tire war is gonna be brutal!!!!!!!!!

Nice clip. You can see the one guy is taking the tire early and has a height advantage. Your oppenent has height and weight on you. Do you think that is fair? The animal known as Brockton should be going up against a guy bigger than that. He does not stand a chance.
Let is know how that turns out.

I will let you know! He was working just as hard as I was, actually. The difference is retention angle. It was more of an inclined bench for me. It was more of a declined for him. The hardest thing about it is stopping the tire from knocking you over. It's a beautiful power/full body tool!

Standing chest press w/ 2 in. rubber bands - 12 reps - 4 sets
Single KB C&P - -60 lbs. - 7 reps each side - 3 sets

I'm gonna take this to a push / pull / lower type scheme. Of course, there will be tons of full body moves in my workouts, but I'm gonna try to get some emphasis stuff done!
